Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices, does its own work, and handles its own customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly, and keep written notes.

We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state consumer protection agency or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
